🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy

Red Rattler Studio – Shipping & Delivery

We take great care to ensure your artwork reaches you safely. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

🖼 Exhibition Collection

  • Artworks purchased during the Brewhouse Exhibition or Red Rattler Studio Exhibition can be collected at the close of the exhibition unless otherwise arranged.

  • We will contact you with collection dates and times once the exhibition ends.

🛒 Festival Orders & Made-to-Order Prints

  • Orders placed during the River of Art Festival (26 Sept – 6 Oct 2025) are honored at festival pricing, even if delivered or collected later.

  • Most items are printed to order — please allow 7–10 business days for production before dispatch.

🚚 Shipping Methods

  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post or a trusted courier partner, with tracking provided.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

📦 Delivery Timeframes

  • Within Australia: typically 2–8 business days after dispatch.

  • Regional and remote areas may take longer.

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will assist you in tracking your order if needed.

🏠 Local Pickup

  • Free pickup is available from Red Rattler Studio (Moruya, NSW) by appointment.

  • Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we will contact you to arrange a time.

💡 Packaging & Handling

  • All prints are carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit.

  • Please open packages carefully and keep original packaging until you have inspected the item.

💥 Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the item and packaging immediately.

  2. Email them to redrattlerstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate
