Red Rattler Studio – Refund & Return Policy

Because our artworks are original and most are printed, framed, or mounted specifically for exhibition display, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please read carefully before purchasing.

🖼 Exhibition & In-Person Purchases

  • All sales made during the exhibition are final once collected or taken from the venue.

  • We encourage you to inspect works in person before taking them home.

📦 Made-to-Order & Festival Orders

  • Prints or products ordered during the River of Art Festival (26 Sept – 6 Oct 2025) will be honoured at festival pricing, even if delivery occurs later.

  • As these items are printed to order, we do not accept cancellations or returns for change of mind once the order has been placed.

💥 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a quality defect:

  1. Email photos of the item and packaging to redrattlerstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  • Colours may vary slightly between on-screen images and final printed products.

  • Metal prints are produced by a professional print partner and are quality-checked before shipment. Handle carefully when unboxing.
